Some Of Our Projects & Rebuilds

Kitchen Rebuild & Full Condo Restoration After Fire – Waukesha Condo

After a fire damaged the kitchen and spread smoke throughout the condo, we stepped in to put everything back together. We rebuilt the kitchen from the studs out with new drywall and insulation, installed fresh cabinets and backsplash, and repainted and sealed the entire condo to eliminate smoke odor and restore a clean finish. We also added custom closets, new light fixtures, puck lights in the kitchen and living room. The space was fully restored and looks better than before—modern, bright, and move-in ready.

Bathroom update & Condo Refresh – Waukesha Condo

This condo was ready for a modern refresh, and we focused on making both the kitchen and bathroom feel brand new without going overboard. In the kitchen, we installed a new single-basin sink and high-quality faucet, removed the old light fixtures, and added bright puck lights on dimmers to really open up the space.

The bathroom we removed the old tub and surround and installed a new custom flex stone walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, patched and fixed the drywall, painted (including a nice accent wall in the bedroom), and installed new puck lights. The standout piece was a high-end recessed medicine cabinet with built-in mirror lights, paired with a new, stylish high end vanity that tied everything together.

Patio Door Installation & Basement Framing – Oconomowoc Home

This homeowner needed a new patio door due to it falling apart, so we installed a high-quality replacement unit into the existing opening. We patched and matched the drywall around the new door for a seamless look, then finished the exterior with new color matched trim to protect against weather and give it a clean, updated appearance. We also framed out the basement space below, adding proper insulation and a vapor barrier to improve energy efficiency and create a solid, comfortable area ready for finishing.

Fire Damage Rebuild & Full Kitchen Install – Milwaukee Home

This home suffered significant fire damage, with half the structure gutted down to the studs. We stepped in during the rebuild phase and handled the interior finishing work. We fixed the framing, installed new insulation throughout, hung and finished drywall, painted, and built out a brand-new kitchen with cabinets, counters, backsplash, and appliances. We also installed new windows, interior trim, and baseboards to complete the look. Licensed pros handled the plumbing and full electrical rewiring, while flooring specialists installed hardwood floors to match the existing areas perfectly. The result is a fully restored home that feels safe, modern, and move-in ready once again.

Small Deck Rebuild – Wauwatosa Duplex

This duplex had an old, rotted deck with a spiral staircase leading to the second floor. The deck was originally built directly on dirt, so it had no proper foundation and was failing fast. We completely removed the existing structure, poured a small concrete pad footer to properly support the staircase, and installed pavers as a stable base for the new deck framing. The unique challenge was keeping the spiral staircase temporarily supported in the air during the rebuild so we could construct the new deck underneath it, then carefully lower and secure the stairs onto the fresh structure. We rebuilt the entire deck to match the original footprint and design. The finished deck is solid, safe, and looks just like the old one—only much better built.

Custom Floating Shelves & Matched kitchen cabinets – Waukesha Home

This kitchen had a large pantry cabinet that no longer fit the homeowners’ needs. We removed it and replaced it with a beautiful stain-matched lower cabinet featuring custom pull-out shelves for better storage and accessibility. To maximize the space, we built custom floating oak shelves that perfectly match the cabinet finish and span the full 7-foot length of the wall. We also matched the original countertops for a seamless look and repainted the entire kitchen to tie everything together. The result is a cleaner, more functional kitchen that feels custom-built without a full remodel.
