About Us – White Owl Contracting​

We’re Noah and Hannah, the husband-and-wife team that runs White Owl Contracting. We live in West Allis and love working with homeowners all over Waukesha County, including Lake Country, Pewaukee, Delafield, Brookfield, Elm Grove, Oconomowoc, and the surrounding areas.

We started this business because we wanted to give people the kind of service we would want ourselves: honest, personal, and done right the first time. We don’t have a big crew or send subcontractors. It’s just the two of us handling every project from start to finish. That way we can make sure everything is taken care of the way it should be.

We focus mainly on two things that often go together around here. First, we help put homes back together after water damage or floods, once the mitigation company (like Servpro) has finished the emergency drying and cleanup. We do flood cuts, replace drywall, match existing textures, install cabinets, do interior carpentry, lay LVP flooring, paint, and finish every detail so the house looks and feels whole again. Second, we do kitchen remodels, bathroom updates, custom cabinetry, and other interior carpentry projects for homeowners who want quality work without the hassle of a large contractor.

Hannah has a great eye for color, finishes, and making things look clean and put-together. I bring the technical side, making sure everything is solid and precise. Together we keep things simple, communicate clearly, and treat every home with the respect it deserves.
